What are the keys

At first, I wore so many hats and I went through different facets of the business. I wanted to fully understand each function in order to develop the brand. I still remember the packing and shipping orders direct from our office. Now I am very fortunate to have an incredible team with specialized expertise – we learn from each other every day.

The key elements of my role are now in the design, creation and creation of content. I work daily in close collaboration with the design team to solidify new collections. I also like to align myself with my creative team to develop concepts behind each collection.

As the founder, I work daily in close collaboration with all team leaders to understand the business at all levels. Another area where I spend a lot of time is with the purchasing and planning team – we work together to decide which styles to buy and develop plans for each collection. My strength is certainly to identify and create styles and images for seasonal campaigns. But I really like to learn from all of my teams every day. Tell us about your daily routine. I have always been a morning person, so I like to get up early and have time for myself to prepare and prepare coffee and breakfast for my family.

Meanwhile, now that the schools are closed, we have set up our own small office in our dining room so that we can work together as a family. I start with home schooling and set them up on their Zoom calls before starting my day job. I have calls and meetings almost all day with my different teams to make sure that we are aligned with our next projects. In between calls, I like to film content and go out for an afternoon stroll. The evenings are usually quiet, I like to dine with my family and put on a movie before bed.

What fashion brands can we find in your work wardrobe? I only wear ANINE BING, it's my favorite uniform. I am super proud of my brand and I only create pieces that I support a hundred percent, which is why I like to wear my brand every day.

For training clothes, I like to wear APL sneakers and Alo leggings. I also love to mix vintage and designer handbags. Chanel and Hermes are my favorite investment pieces, they are so timeless and chic.

What is the best advice you've ever received? Stay true to yourself and always trust your gut. When you know something's right, let your intuition guide you.
