You should know by now how much I love trips and traveling the world. What you don’t know, is how much I love spending quality time with my family and friends back home. Exploring some magical part of the world thousands of miles away from Athens might be exciting but there are times all I wish for is to share a few moments with my loved ones and especially my precious Fidel – who might not be human but he means much more to me than anything!
Being crazy in love with Fidel, means that I’m constantly on the look for dog-friendly spots and experiences thus, always discovering new wonderful places around the city. So, the other day I decided we should go on a picnic! I can’t remember when it was the last time I had a picnic and it was such an incredible idea I’m already considering making it a monthly thing!
It was a delightful, relaxing evening with Fidel, a great book and my favorite Stella Artois – the #1 Belgian pilsner – at the Concert Hall Gardens.
Fidel was more than excited – well, of course he would be!
I was as excited too, thinking that moments like these are far better than any trip. With age comes a different kind of realization about yourself, your needs and the things that complete you and make you feel blessed.
This picnic was one of these things that fill you with true happiness and appreciation for moments spent at home!

As always, enjoy responsibly and wholeheartedly!
